Cancellation of Orders

Kindly inform us with the help of email within 24 hours of placing your order, if you feel like canceling it. If your product has been consigned, in that case, we would not be able to cancel your order nor even it can be changed. when the product is packed off then it loses its newness and it becomes completely yours, no more ours which helps in making the product unable to be canceled.

Return and Exchange

Satisfaction plays the most essential role whenever we shop for something. we purchase things or products for the sake of our requirements and satisfaction. we give our best to fulfill your contentment however in spite of our endeavor to make you feel well pleased and contended, if you are not wholly satisfied with your purchase nonetheless we are available with the purpose to give you a helping hand. Our return policy refers to 15 days. we have a return policy within 15 days to return an item from the date the product has been received by you. suppose if you have not checked our policies and you are not aware of the time period of 15 days and you apply for the return after the given period of time then in such cases, it will not be accepted moreover if we find ourselves unable or incapable at the time of return to replace or interchange returned goods then we will offer you a refund. we do not have any kind of trouble in refunding.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return your item has to be unused and another point refers to the condition of the product. it must be in the same condition that you received it. Let’s have a look at the packaging. As we all know that an item looks more elegant when its packaging is done properly. An item is permitted for a return and for this it is necessary for the item to be in the original packaging and of course including all tags. Everything needs evidence and keeping this view in mind it is mandatory for the product to have a receipt or proof of the purchase.

Return Shipping Cost

Original shipping costs are nonrefundable. you have to be responsible enough to pay for your own shipping cost for returning your product however there is a condition suppose if the situation arises wherein the item has been deemed faulty by us which usually never happens only then you do not need to pay otherwise shipping costs are non- refundable. if you get a refund then the cost of return shipping will be deducted or subtracted from your refund.

Refund

Damage Item

We take on ourselves to replace any product which is delivered to you and unfortunately you find it faulty, defective, not working or in the defaced condition. It is our responsibility to satisfy you in such cases with the help of different means like exchanging or providing a refund. Thus keeping our great effort in mind if you desire to return a defective or damaged product then this is necessary for you to inform us within 24 hours of receiving it. we will not have any issue in replacing your product. we will of course happily replace an item as a result of a customer finding a product not working or in defaced condition.
